The Gateway

We headed down to the gateway on Saturday evening with friends and family and the kids had a BLAST playing in the water. afterwards we ate at California pizza kitchen and got a yummy caramel apple!

FAMILY REUNION

All of my California family came to Utah and we had a big celebration. Trying to take pictures of 10 kids from ages 8 to 1 was pretty tricky. We had lots of food and entertainment. It was a busy weekend. Thanks grandma!

Camping...

School is all done so we headed out to Manuta for a little camping in the trailer. We played in the boat and caught some fish, played on the beach and enjoyed the sun. Then a little rain came our way but it didn't ruin our fun.

Preschool Graduation

Today was Tanner's last day of school. He didnt want to sing any of the songs just wanted to sit. He got a certificate of achievement and a treat, that was all he wanted. Then Grandma Kitty, Jason, myself and Tanner went to Tasty's to eat lunch. His favorite place to go because of the donuts. We had a great time.

Out In the Rain

Tanner decided to get dressed by himself today and wear a short sleeved shirt, shorts, raincoat, and snow boots. He then grabbed Shyanna's pink butterfly umbrella and went outside to enjoy the rain.

Once Upon A Lily Pad

This morning was the First graders program. Shyanna sang her heart out and had a really cute speaking part. She was an alligator.

Happy Easter

My sister Tina and her kids went with us to the Easter Carnival at Wheeler Farm. We had lots of fun. We went on a hayride, met the Easter bunny, fed ducks and cows and the kids ate cotton candy and went on a pony ride. I think we found our new Easter tradition.

The rest of the remodel pics

We are enjoying the new paint, floor, and the "new" smell. Im so very glad that we FINALLY got rid of the awful carpet. The kids have been fighting over who gets to clean the floor. Jason is ready to get out of the house and go boating. Go ahead honey, anytime!

Finished Product

Jason has worked VERY hard on the living room and got it all finished! He painted, ripped out carpet and tile, put down laminate and cleaned up. His knees are killing him. I let him have the weekend off since it was his birthday. today he will be painting the office area. I think he has plans to go fishing on Wednesday. He DESERVES it. We bought furniture from our dear friends Rhea and Jim and we are in love with it. Thank you! I feel like we are in a new home. Feel free to stop by and check it out.

OUCH!!!

Tanner was having fun jumping on a neighbors trampoline and then oops his sister jumped him off and he landed on a spring. The fun ended!

swimming lessons

Shyanna and Tanner have been in swimming lessons for the whole month of February. They have enjoyed every moment. Here are some pictures of their happy faces.

FUN IN THE SNOW

The kids were so excited to see it snowing today we decided to take advantage and go sledding. They sledded for about an hour then said it was time to go home and have hot chocolate and watch a movie.
